What demands does it place on us as people - managers and colleagues, when technologies such as AI, chatbots and human robots become an increasingly large part of our management and working life?

In a series of courses over two days, we focus sharply on the human needs in technological development by diving into the current trends that affect our management and working life today and in the future. We look at what opportunities and challenges it gives us when technologies such as AI, chatbots and human robots will increasingly influence our lives, working lives and leadership. Through a mixture of theory, practice, presentations and concrete exercises, you gain insight and knowledge about how you and your organization must gear up for future management, organizational design and working life in relation to the changes we see from trends, cases and empirical research . In a few involving and engaging course days, you will not least get concrete inspiration, knowledge and tools for how you can go out and navigate more consciously in your life, working life and leadership in the technological development. Grith Okholm Skaarup is the founder of the company Humtech and works as a management consultant i.a. as a member of a large number of boards and Advisory Boards. She is a frequently used lecturer and teacher at home and abroad, and also mediates as an expert and journalist, e.g. as editor of the media Humtech Impact and as host of the podcast Aftryk - humanity in a tech time. Grith Okholm Skaarup has a 20-year background as a presenter, manager and advisor in companies such as Poul Schmith/ Kammeradvokaten, Workz and Zentropa.
