You will be equipped to better future-proof the organization, management and your personal leadership by being able to understand and translate current and international currents within management and working life into value. We will, among other things, into potentials and challenges in non-traditional forms of organization and communities, in self-management, psychological security, human and relational capital, trust and social capital. We also delve into current changes you need to know in value propositions of norms, structures and cultures, and how you design and develop organizations and people for more conscious leadership. Not least, the audience gets concrete insights and tools to create meaning both for themselves and others by standing stronger in a more conscious and valuable leadership and life design.
