The strategic and value-creating work with ESG requires understanding and decisions in the strategy process. The course is aimed at management and middle managers with responsibility for ESG and business development. The course has a duration of three days and is held over approximately 6 weeks by agreement with the customer. The course is held at the customer's premises and is a mix of presentations, discussion and exercises and includes: -Introduction to the strategy process and ESG as a value-creating factor for the business - Goals and motivation for your ESG efforts -Negative and positive impacts in your value chain - from supplier to end user -Materiality – selecting and deselecting focus areas -The sustainability dialogue with your primary stakeholders - Goals and visions for your strategy -Data, KPIs, the sustainability program and the action plans
