Do conflicts prevent you from achieving the results you otherwise could have? They probably do, because conflicts often lead to a number of other problems that many people don't think about: • Employees and managers work less focused, because the disputes drain them of energy. And they may not dare to ask colleagues questions in connection with their tasks • Conflicts and poor job satisfaction at work can often be read in sick leave • If conflicts are not resolved in time, it can end up with at least one employee quitting. Contents: • When is a conflict • How can you use the conflict ladder to decode how serious the situation is • When can you resolve it yourself? • When is conflict positive and when is conflict toxic? • How language, body language and behavior can cause a disagreement to escalate or the opposite. Benefits of lectures on conflicts During the lecture, participants will gain insight into when a conflict is positive or negative. You will gain a common language and understanding of the mechanisms of conflicts. This way, conflicts can be detected and handled while they are still signs of positive engagement.
