ChatGPT in the management corridor – an introduction

An introduction to the use of ChatGPT and AI for business leaders who want to increase productivity and understand the potential and limitations of AI.

Everyone is talking about artificial intelligence (AI) and language models like ChatGPT 4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and it's no wonder. AI is going to transform our economy and everyday life, and no business leader can avoid dealing with what AI will mean for their business. At the same time, language models such as ChatGPT and Claude are concrete tools that we can all use in our daily lives to increase productivity and generally improve the quality of our output. And not forgetting to give a boost to our creativity. This course is aimed at business leaders who have looked a little at ChatGPT and other AI tools, but would like to improve their understanding and application of AI. At the same time, the course can be regarded as a conversation about the company's challenges and opportunities in relation to the use of AI. Some of the topics in the course include: * Use of ChatGPT to improve written communication - in Danish and other languages. * Using ChatGPT to "read" for you - to handle large amounts of information and make it more accessible. * How can I improve my PowerPoint presentations using AI, e.g. with ChatGPT and the graphics program Midjourney? * How do I perform data analysis with ChatGPT? Statistical analyzes and graphs. * How can I use ChatGPT to improve meetings? * How can ChatGPT contribute to my creativity? * And not least, what can ChatGPT not be used for, and what pitfalls are there in relation to the use of ChatGPT? Invents ChatGPT e.g. own "truths"? The course is adapted to the individual's knowledge of ChatGPT as well as Claude and other AI tools and will take the form of an individual session. Typically 3 hours are allocated to the course. The course can also be done as a workshop for several employees or a longer course over several days (workshop/lecture for more than 15 people: DKK 25,000). Lars Christensen has worked with economic and financial data and forecasts for close to 30 years and is also an external lecturer at the Department of Digitization at Copenhagen Business School, where he has, among other things, taught and researched the use of data and analysis in sports as well as digitization in the financial sector. Lars is today CEO and Head of Analysis for the data, analysis and AI company Piace, of which he is also co-owner and founder.
