Peter Åberg has more than 20 years of international change management experience in a wide variety of roles. He currently works at Nederman as Finance, IT, HR director for a division where he also is change management leader for global product & sales process and digitalization projects.
He is frequently booked as inspirational keynote speaker and workshop leader around the world with assignments in 16 countries – from United Nations in New York, several Swedish Embassies, national and elite sport teams, corporate boards, management teams and large events.
Peter offers keynote speeches and team building workshops for individuals, groups and companies. He has experience to speak in front of several thousands of people at the same time.
He is a very energetic speaker filled with passion on stage and with his excellent rhetorical skills, he engage the audience with his practical experience combined with lots of humor and insights.
Peter shares his learning experiences in change management in combination with his personal life story – from learning how to walk and talk after a severe accident to against all odds given to him from his doctors to complete New York City Marathon walking with support sticks faster than 7000 ordinary runners.
