Daniel Hardt has been working with Artificial Intelligence and Computational Linguistics for over three decades. He is Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School in the Department of Digitalization, and has founded companies based on new technologies in Machine Translation.
Additionally, he has published over 50 academic articles on a variety of topics dealing with AI and language, particularly focusing on the ways in which computers can understand the meaning behind human language.
In his courses and lectures he explores the potential for AI systems to someday match or even surpass human abilities, both from a technical point of view and also in terms of the enormous possible societal consequences.
